The Service was excellent at check in. But the property needs to be updated a little. The main bathroom toilet was broken when we arrived. So we didn't use it. The beds in all the rooms squeaked, the linen needs to be replaced. The game room was nice, it had a pool table and a hockey table which was nice. It was a little far from the main attractions but it was near grocery stores, banks, and places to eat. In all we enjoyed our stay.

We visited Orlando from the uk over Christmas and new year. We arrived and found the villa company and were given directions to the villa which is on a lovely community but it did take a while to find it once driving into thousand oaks the first time! The villa was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed to start our holiday. The bedrooms were good size with wardrobes and TVs. Beds were comfy and the villa was really clean we really liked it here even if it was a bit further away from Disney than we would like but the community made up for that we felt really safe at all times. It's close to a publix and cvs which came in handy. I have no complaints about the villa but think a few things need updating like the bathroom but this didn't spoil our stay.

The house could use some repairs and more maintenance, the a/c wasn't operating normal, but overall the experience was average. I been in better houses before.

Great staff at main office, house and pool were very clean, could of had a couple extra rolls of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels to start us off with

Overall my experience was very pleasant. House was clean when arrived and was in a very centralized location (couple minutes from route 4) which made it easy to get around. I will definitely rent again this same unit next year.

We loved this place so much my wife wanted to buy it. The location was great, the neighbors were quiet and the house and pool rocked. This is the only way we want to vacation now. Come and go as you please, save money by buying groceries and cook at home instead of eating out all the time. Can't wait to go back. The only thing we didn't care for was the lack of a few necessities like extra garbage bags and toilet paper. We ran out the day before we left and had to go out and buy our own.

My family and I enjoyed the home while we visited family. It was everything that I wanted for the kids. They had lots to do since there was a pool and a game room. When we got home from our vaction stay I told all my friends and family about how wonderful it was to stay at a nice home. But once I got home a noticed a charge on my credit card for damages done to the property which we never did. The damage was there when we got there. Also we never had anyone walk through the house with us to look at everything to make sure nothing was damaged before we settled in for our stay. If you ever decide to rent a home from these people make sure you get a walk through with a agent and make sure you take photos that have the time and date on them.

House great- Deposit is bull- It should have been credited back by now. When I went through expedia it never said a thing about 250.00 hold on my account and now it is not even put back two weeks later.

The home was great and very clean. It was a pain to have to go out of our way to return the keys and then backtrack to the airport. The check in office is quite out of the way for this property. The staff were great to deal with. We were a little disappointed that we were so far from Disney but we now know to contact advantage to check the property address before we arrive and they will try and accomodate us.

The house was great. It had everything we needed and was super clean. It was well located near stores for purchasing groceries but we felt it was quite away out from Kissimmee. It would have been good to know that prior to booking. It was easy to pick up keys from the drop box but with our late arrival in Orlando it made it challenging to get to the office first thing in the morning especially as we were so far out. We had also asked for a pool heater prior to arriving but that didnt get addressed for several days. As it was cold it meant no swimming. We'd stay in a vacation home again as we like the indepedence but next time I'd need to know exactly where it was located before booking!
