At first glance the home appeared to be a star home, however after staying just 24 hours in problems began to surface. The mattresses were uncomfortable, the roof leaked, the dryer vent was busted so we had to clean up lint and water when we used it, and the first few days we killed spiders and roaches. The living room furniture cushions were ripped off in some places and the springs were broken, which made watching tv in there as a family very comfortable. When we checked in at 5:15 the office was already closed so we had to make a return trip. When we did and spoke to the desk associate about the concerns, his apathy was apparent. He gave us the business card of representative to call, he in turn was not much more concerned about our concerns. This gold house did not hold a candle to the silver home we rented two years ago. We like the option of renting a home in the area since we travel with extended family - 3 generations. However, this home did not meet all of the expetations identified in your advertising. The home was convenient to amenities, easy to get to and was a great, safe neighborhood. That was very appreciated.

Great service at check in, staff was friendly and welcoming. A somewhat easy process but still a bit too much paperwork after a day of traveling. Maybe some of the standard information on the forms could be pre-populated by the rental office prior to guests arrival? House was a little worn but still a good value. Not much on amenities very basic and in a good location

I was very disappointed from the very beginning. The directions from the office to the home were wrong. It took an extra 30 minutes to find the home. At first glance the home looked nice. I have 4 children and all bedrooms were upstairs except the master bedroom. (not the complaint) When you get upstairs the handrail that overlooks the living room was very loose. I did not allow my children back upstairs. The home was not supplied with paper towels or trash bags. The maintenance of the pool, or should I say lack of. We were so unhappy that we left 2 days early.

The house was of average size, but I thought it strange that it only had one full bathroom upstairs that had to house three bedrooms with a master suite bathroom and half bath downstairs. We rented an upgraded "luxury" home and what was explained to me was that these homes had upgraded furniture, accommodations etc. We were extremely disappointed in what we had - the beds in all four bedrooms were so uncomfortable and old that all of us had poor nights sleep and backaches because of this. Also, the furniture was clearly outdated, over 10 years easisly, and there was nothing "luxury" in the home at all besides maybe the master bathroom. We also paid to get the pool heated, which after the second day finally got warm enough for us to get in, but again, not anything luxury about it. I would have given this house three stars, but I feel that the beds just won't allow me to do this. The house was an utter disappointment, especially when you pay extra for "luxury".

From the moment we walked in the front door we felt as if we where home. We where very relaxed, the home had everything we needed to have a great vacation.

We had a wonderful stay in this fully equipped home. THe home was beautifully furnished, well cared-for, and conveniently located. IT was an ideal vacation location for our family trip to Orlando, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Advantage Vacation Homes to others.

House was fun, clean and close to everything. House decor is in need of an update but was serviceable. No matter what, pay to heat the pool!
