Management Services
Advantage Vacation Homes will be your "eyes and ears" for your property. We help

computerized account statement which includes a year-to-date summary of activity
(owners can view their statements and reservations schedule anytime with the click
of a "mouse"). We also have a complete Owner Services Division to provide a prompt
response to any of your inquiries.
Expert Maintenance
Our Field Services Division provides cleaning services, lawn care, landscaping,
and pool maintenance, most of which are provided by in-house personnel for greater
reliability and quality control. Our services ensure that your property exceeds
the rigorous regulations of the State Inspector while maintaining its investment
value.
