General Information About Rental Car

• A reservation is confirmation for a vehicle which is reserved for a guest with Advantage Vacation Homes, on a specific date, at agreed upon base rate price.
• All rates include unlimited mileage, and are subject to state and local taxes, airport concession and license recoupment fees.
• All cars have air conditioning, automatic transmission and AM/FM stereo.
• Minimum driver's age 21 years. Valid driver's license is required.
• Drivers under the age of 25 will be required to pay an underage driver fee.
• Surcharge per day will apply for each additional driver.
• Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Carefree Personal Protection (CPP) and the Extended Protection (EP) are optional products which are available. These products may be purchased separately. If CDW coverage is declined, renter will be responsible for any damage to or loss of the car up to its full value, regardless of fault.
• Minimum rental charge is one day (24 hours). Rental charges are based on each 24 hour period commencing at time of rental. There is a one hour grace period if exceeded, an hourly charge of 1/3 of the full daily rate will apply up to three hours (full daily charge). Extra day rates will apply up the weekly rental rate, which ever is less.
• Car rental companies reserve the right to refuse any request for rental. Renter must meet standard age, driver, credit and cash rental requirements. Renters are subject to a driving record check.
• Most major credit cards are accepted and billed at time of rental. Cash deposits renters with prepaid vouchers are required to leave USD 25.00 per day or a maximum USD 1000.00 per week. All cash rentals must meet the rental car company's current cash qualification requirements.
