AVH Management greatly appreciated your support and respecting of our efforts and investment to maximize rentals throughout the year. We contract third party entities to deliver bookings throughout all the seasons. Regretfully, quite a few owners do not recognize the position they put our company into. Every time an owner books their property over any of the black out dates, they jeopardize our ability to deliver the commitment to service our contract, not to mention our financial liability we undertook on behalf of the owners.
