This was a nice home and a great location close to the Disney parks, and plenty of other amenities close by. It is located in a gated community area, so it felt nicely secluded. However, we did have a few issues during our stay. The home was not overly clean, and we had sugar ants the first couple of days throughout the kitchen. Two of the blankets had what appeared to be baby spit-up on them, and one of the bed comforters had gum in it. The can opener and dishwasher did not work, and the dryer would only tumble with a very small load in it. There were also several burned out lightbulbs inside and outside of the residence. The good thing was, when we were able to speak with the office about the various issues, they did a good job of trying to address most of them. We received a new can opener, the blankets were taken to be washed, the dishwasher was repaired, and the kitchen was sprayed for ants.
We really enjoyed having the direct access to the pool area via the master bedroom, since it allowed the kids to swim in the pool and we could keep an eye on them even if we were lying on the bed in the morning. This was our first stay in a vacation home, rather than a hotel, and we found it nice to have a pool to ourselves and facilities to cook our own meals and do our laundry. Overall, it was a pretty good experience, but had some bumps along the way.
