Make A Reservation

My basketball team was in Orlando for a tournament and this was the perfect house for our stay. Very clean & roomy with master isolated on main level (thank goodness). The pool had too many It was a pleasure working with Advantage for the reservation, especially Cathy who went out her way to find multiple properties for my organization.

The Villa was even better than we anticipated. This was my first time to rent a Vacation Home, I really did not know what I was doing. I used one of those discount travel services, thinking I was saving money. Oh well, I could have saved money had I booked directly through Advantage Vacation Homes.I would not have paid the extra fees to the travel agency! Even so we had a great stay. The Villa was larger than we expected and had an extra bathroom. Everything we needed was there, it was like being at home only better. Plazma TV's!!, complete kitchen, 2 microwaves, garden tub and showers!, and the pool was FANTASTIC. WE WILL BE BACK FOR OUR NEXT VACATION AND EVERY ONE AFTER!!!! Thanks Again, B.A. Everett

This year was the second year in a row that I have rented this home. It is a beautiful 6 bedroom home that has all of the immentities that you could possibly want. I would usually share the home with my extended family (sister or mother and father inlaw), it would still have all the space that you would need, and is close to allof the ammentities. Excellent restaurants are around the corner, Disney is a short ten minute drive and the shopping is second to none. Take a look again at this location, I know that I will.

For the first time in years, our big family (which is spreaded around the world) met to spend Christmas together. Our expectations about this vacation were very high, because it really was "The Happening" we had been waiting for years...This property was the perfect fit for what we needed!. Everything we needed was there!.

My family and I rented this home July 2 - 6 of this year (2008). The stay was wonderful. It was home away from home. We stayed in a gated community which made it so much better. The issues for the most part were in one of the bedrooms with twin beds, the comforter was missing, some of the lamps needed light bulbs, which was resolved the very next day. Unfortunately we never received the comforter but didn't allow that to ruin our vacation. The children enjoyed the pool more than anything else. I would recommend this company to everyone and you best believe I will be back!

I just want to tell you that we enjoyed our vacation and the property that we stayed in, it was absolutley beautiful and very convenient for me and my family. The property was very clean and the swimming pool was ready to jump into. All of our kids enjoyed that very much. We hope to vacation in Florida again soon, and will most definatley rent from Advantatge Vacation Homes again on Lake Berkley. I hightly recommend the property to anyone that would rent a vation home. This was our first time every renting a home in this manner, and I would do it all the time if they would offer properties like the one we stayed in. Thanks for sharing your home with my family.
