Our Executive luxurious single story home was built as a show house with an internal floor area of almost 2500sq.ft and several upgrades. It is set in the prestigious developement of Hampton Lakes on Highway 27. It is just 15 minutes from Walt Disney and centrally located for all the attractions the Orlando area has to offer. Set amoungst the orange groves and rolling hills of highway 27, you are just miniutes to shops, restaurants and the main routes of Interstate 4 and Highway 192. This beautifully landscaped community has a play area , tennis courts, basketball court style volley ball and a large community pool all provided free of charge.

The property has 4 double bedrooms .The master bedroom has large En-suite bathroom with upgade facilities. It has a fully equipped large kitchen with separate laundry room and a Main Lounge with cable TV Video,CD player, books and magazines. It has a separate quiet lounge with pull out double bed; a separate dining room for formal dining; a breakfast nook plus outdoor eating adjoining the pool with covered area. The Pool Area is extra large ( 30x15) with extended deck area and large lanai with ceiling fan. The pool is also floodlit for nightime use with barbeque facilities available. The pool is south facing providing all day sunshine. Shrub planting on the rear boudary provides you with a sense of enclosure without blocking the sun. Simply great! Super house, more then enough space for all of us! Nice area, directly next to US27.

We absolutely loved everything about our rental home. It was close to everything we wanted to see and do and was very well maintained. It was our first experience renting a home while on vacation. We have decided to never stay in a hotel while on vacation again!!!! Thanks for the great experience and we would highly recommend renting a flipkey property!

Our family really enjoyed this excellent accommodation. The home was very clean and had a great deal of space for our family of five. The neighbourhood was quiet and we felt like we were at a home away from home. We also liked the fact that it was so close to the attractions. We would definitely rent with Advantage Vacation Homes in the future!
