WE TRAVELED 16 HRS TO GET THERE AND WHEN WE GOT THERE AT 11:30 PM WE WENT TO THE LOCK BOX AS INSTRUCTED TO GET OUR KEY. WE DROVE TO THE HOUSE AND THE KEY DIDNT FIT THE DOOR!! WE TRIED CALLING TE AFTER HOURS NUMBER ONLY TO CONSTANTLY DISCONNECT FROM IT AS SOON AS YOU HAD TO CHOOSE AN OPTION. THE NUMBER IS USELESS! WE HAD TO PAY FOR ANOTHER HOTEL THAT NIGHT BECAUSE THERE WERE 9 OF US WE HAD TO PAY FOR 2 ROOMS. THE NEXT DAY I WENT TO THE OFFICE AND TE GIRL BEHIND THE DESK ACTED LIKE I WAS ANNOYING HER BY COMPLAINING THAT AFTER TRAVELING 16 HRS TO GET THERE AND HAD PAID FOR THE NIGHT WE LOST AND THEN HAD TO PAY FOR 2 HOTELS ROOMS. I WASNT HAPPY TO SAY THE LEAST. THE MANAGER DID GIVE US A FREE NIGHT BUT IT WASNT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION. I REALLY LIKED ADVATANGE VACATION HOMES BUT I WONT BE STAYING THERE AGAIN. THE HOUSE WE GOT THIS TIME WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THE DELUXE HOME WASNT ANYWHERE AS NEAR AS NICE AS THE HOME WE STAYED IN THE YEAR BEFORE. SEEMED TO ME I PAID FOR A DELUXE HOME AND GOT A DOWN GRADE INSTEAD. MY NEXT VACATION TO FLORDIA WILL NOT BE AT ADVANTAGE IM SORRY TO SAY.
