Our family along with four other families rented this house for a back to school vacation for the kids. Close to Disney World but fare away enough to enjoy the other tours locations. This was the perfect location

We stayed at this home in April 2008 for 11 nights. The kids enjoyed the pool but the pool enclosure was torn in several places and there was a lot of dirt on the top. We did have issues with the inside. The back bathroom by the pool had mold. The linens were NOT clean. There were many spiders - one was extremely large. There were also spiders in the beds in one of the twin bedrooms. This just did not make us feel comfortable. Overall, the place needs some work. Some of our friends stayed at other homes and were quite pleased. Unfortunately, we did not have taht experience.
