Hi Was Nice Home Clean but Old mobell any way was not bead at all.

The house was very nice, confortable, and good situated, near of everything. The only BIG PROBLEM that we are facing, is with the managers, because they charge in my Credit card US$ 250 , they said as guarantee for any damages that we could cause to the property. When I claimed that the house was delivered in perfect conditions, they assured that the amount charged as guarantee will be reimbursed, in one or two week , and in spite that I make a complain with the e dreams the travel Agency, who, contacted me with this company, they said that they were not liable for the acctitude of Advantage Vacation Homes, and we did not found any way to claim to Advantage Vacation Homes, the reimbursement of the a mount they charged as "GUARANTTEE", in fact the house was very good, but they charge more that the rate showed, because they don't reimburse the guarantee that they charge in exccess of the rate, even as in my case that was no damage to the property, and you don't have any reply, from nobody to your claim.
