The home was nice but my husband referred to it as "tired". The rugs are in need of replacement and the toilet in the master bath was tired. The main bathroom could also use an update. But, the beds were comfortable. Also, you should stock tissues (weird to say but noticed they were missing). We enjoy this location because it is close to all parks. We also enjoy having a house so that we can eat breakfast in and relax when we are home (we didn't spend much time home though with all the parks right there). Overall, we enjoyed the experience.

We had a wonderful stay at our Advantage Vacation Home. We had rented 3 homes all together for a family reunion. All the homes were on the same block, they were clean and had everything we needed for the week. The only thing I don't recomend is the pool heat, it was a waste of money, it did not work!

We found this home to be a bit outdated and shabby. The carpets and lino need replacing, the decor obviously hasn't been updated since the 90's. Dishwasher did'nt work and the maintenance guy said it could'nt be fixed within our stay. Main bathroom toilet didn't work properly. Master bathroom was nice but toilet area was messy. None of the interior door locks worked. Patio furniture looked quite cheap and one of the loungers was broken. Externally, the house needs refreshing - front door needs a new lick of paint. On the brighter side, the house was spacious, had a beautiful big pool, huge patio area. Bedding, towels etc. were clean and plentiful. Master Bedroom was nice but needed more furniture. Would have been nice to have ceiling lights in all the rooms instead of just table lamps. We have previously stayed with Advantage Vacation homes and had a exceptional property that was modern and up to date so we found this home dissapointing as we paid the same price. I would not recommend this house unless it gets a complete makeover.
